While this book was geared more toward software sales, the ideas presented could apply to any other industry. The author's checklist and chapter summaries were good too.

That makes the difference for a matching sales approach
What an amazing book. At the beginning I was struggling slightly. There are so many other amazing books written by Donal already - What can be new? I was really surprised. I'm working with Altify's methodology since more than 15 years. Yes, there are really many new inspirations. I personally like the Customer Level to drive a differentiated sales approach and the Ideal Costumer Profile idea to approach the most matching customer. This ideas combined and mixed with useful stories, a lot of expertise and many practical exercises and recommendations - that is the real value of this book ... a bit like a "holy scripture" of modern Sales.
