This adapter really works. I no longer have to worry about those weak FW-50 batteries. Now, with all those power bricks available, you have all the power you need in your camera for extended periods.

I love this thing!!!! So for still, I primarily use batteries but for video, the batteries die really quickly. I can just. about shoot all day with this plugged into a portable battery pack.

I bought this to live stream with my Sony a6500. It works really well, except that sometimes the battery is just a LITTLE loose and it resets all of the date information on my camera. Not every time, but sometimes. Otherwise, this is the only way to have the camera rolling for hours at a time. I wouldn't use it for actual shootings just in cases because you can corrupt your entire video shoot. But for something where I'm not recording in body, this is great.

Great product, I can record for hours with my Sony a6400 camera without worrying about the battery running out.

Perfectly powers my ZV-e10. Can use a USB battery pack and record for over 3 hours (with the camera on high temp). Tried this through the USB C port with the original battery and it fried the memory card. Not with this battery.

Keeps the camera going for 3 week timelapse

None of my NP-FW50 batteries were lasting more than a half hour, especially in chilly weather. Just used this adapter yesterday with a 10,000 mAH Anker battery pack and the camera was still running strong after 7 hours. Pretty excited to finally have a way to set this camera up as a wildlife trap camera!
