Viotek GN32DB 32-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor with FreeSync, 1440p 144Hz WQHD Samsung VA Panel, DVI HDMI 2.0 DisplayPort - VESA

I've had this monitor since around December 1, 2018. I did a lot of research before I bought anything but I finally pulled the trigger on this. I was not familiar with the brand name VIOTEK so I had my reservations. It arrived promptly and well packaged with no damage. I was unsure how I would like a "curved" monitor but I am extremely pleased with it. This monitor has a great picture and has no dead pixels thus far. It is very bright and I had to back down the brightness quite a bit to be comfortable for me. I have not had a listen to the internal sound capabilities to this monitor. I use headphones all the time so it doesn't matter to me. Thus far, I am very impressed with the picture on this monitor. I like all the extra real estate I have with this monitor. I was use to using my laptop monitor until this. My little review here will not have a lot of specifications and testing numbers. I'll leave all that to the experts. To my eyes, I don't see how this could look any better than it does. If I can get several years of service with no problems I will be a happy camper. Glad I pulled the trigger on this one.

Was looking to replace an older Westinghouse 22in screen that was 5 years old. It was recommended that I look for something higher than 60hz. Originally wanted a ultra-wide screen but came across this one. Despite some of the other reviews I've seen mine has been working perfectly. Only issue I had was the box came with all of the hardware except the "stand stem" which the seller was very helpful and managed to track down a replacement part for me. I would note though that the screen is a little bigger than I originally thought but is awesome for games. *One thing to note which caught me off guard is once the pc is shutdown/put to sleep the monitor will repeatedly flash different solid colors on the screen (also like the LCD pixel test program). Not a big deal but walked out of my room and came back into what looked like some sort of dance party going on.

I bought this to hook to my Xbox One X and take advantage of the new refresh rate. First off, the display is very beautiful. It's nice and bright. Even without changing the settings it looks great. I did, of course, change the settings and improved the picture. The stand is sturdy and the LEDs are a cool bonus. The menu is harder to navigate due to the way the buttons are setup. Although the shortcut buttons are nice.My only problem with this monitor is that it won't do the one thing I bought it for. The xbox x was updated to display in 1440p and 120hz natively. The xbox only has hdmi 2.0 as an output, and it seems like this display only supports 1440p AND 120hz over the dp input. That's great for a PC but stinks for me. It still is beautiful at 1080p and 120hz but I paid more so I could display at 1440p.To sum up: for a PC this display is great; buy another display if using it with a console like xbox x or s or a ps4.Update:After a year, I REALLY love this monitor. No dead pixels. The crosshairs on screen can turn you into a no-scope God. I still think the 1080p 120Hz looks better than my huge TV with UHD and HDR. I have looked into some adapters to use the DP input and really unlock this monitor's potential, but i haven't found one that will meet my performance expectations, yet. If anyone has found one, please comment or leave a question for me.The refresh rate is the best. i have switched back and forth to see if i notice, and there is a HUGE difference btw 60 Hz and 120 Hz. One more thing, the monitor has no HDCP, so movies won't play on my Xbox, nor does Disney+ work. NO prob tho. I really only use it to game.I actually WOULD recommend this monitor!

I have no complaints coming from an older 60Hz 1080p 27 in monitor, I notice the higher refresh rates really make a difference, things look smoother... Have not had ripping or tearing when playing as I do enable vsync, feels more emersive than a flat screen. I appreciate the red led details on the reverse of the monitor, great qualit build, image and sufficient brightness. Decided on this screen after price comparing with BenQ, Asus, LG, Samsung and ViewSonic. I feel this monitor was the best due to warranty and brand recognition from the solid security equipment and projectors. Great for 2K gaming... I had a dead pixel on the first one but returns on Amazon are so easy, it was no hassle to get a fully functional replacement. I've purchased a second monitor 'cause I've enjoyed the use of this screen so much. I am confident the manufacturer warranty will have me covered if something were to go wrong, 3 years it says...

I love this monitor. I have my laptop hooked up to it for gaming and it works great! The only problem i have had with it is when i shut the lid on my laptop the monitor has to sit there and think and will not let me power it off. I have to push the power but a ton of times for it to turn off or turn it off before my laptop goes to sleep. I'm not sure if the monitor is going on standby or trying to find an input but the blue light under the power button flashes and its bright when i'm trying to sleep. the picture quality is awesome. I love the colors and the brightness. It does have a thin black outline around the screen for black light bleed i believe. I will definitely buy a another or two. Great product for a great price!

I bought 3 of these monitors. Earlier this year, the oldest monitor died. Even though they sent a message that they extended the warranty to 3 years, they wouldn't honor it and fix/replace the unit that died. I was told by their somewhat rude customer service, that was only for purchases that were later. The other 2 identical monitors I purchased are under the 3-year warranty, that first one wasn't. The cut-off date was approximately 3 months, and the manufacture dates for 2 of my 3 monitors were similar.For the money, the monitors are fine (the other 2 are still working well), but if you are looking for good customer service, I would go elsewhere.
