Great Mat for Pilates or Kneeling and Rolling Exercises!
Nice thick weight - perfect for people with sensitive bones.

Thick and comfortable, not slippery
I ordered this Ecowise hanging mat directly from Balanced Body. This is the same mat that's used at my Pilates classes and it is thick and comfortable. I don't slide around on it like some other cheaper mats. There is no odor or off-gassing from the material. I love it and it looks great in my home studio. But $40 for shipping is insane, especially since you can buy the same Ecowise mat without the hanging grommets for about $15 shipping. Same size and weight, so why the exorbitant shipping upcharge for the hanging mat?
