Don't Last and Inconsistent sizing
Purchased a second set of these leg weights because I love how easy they are to put on and wear, even to work. The first pair began falling apart soon after I received them, and then gradually fell completely apart. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I ordered my second set. The size was the same, small/medium, but this time, I could hardly get them on my legs. I had no problem with the first pair in that regards. This newer pair also have fallen apart. Will not recommend or purchase again.

These leg weights were too small to use as such. Instead I used them as arm weights; which worked perfectly. I have used weights only three times, thus far I have no complaints. After several hours of household chores my arms were not fatigued. Frankly, I forgot I was wearing them. These weights are NOT heavy or cumbersome.

Don't know if theses leg weights are for woman but I'm 6'2'' @ 195lbs and these work great as forearm weights.. Gives the biceps a nice workout as I wear them at work to supplement gym time.. They fit nicely under a long sleeve shirt.
