Update: this company went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Replaced my DVD player without having to send the first one back first.5 stars all the way!Really wanted to love this but it seems that our is defective. The volume will stop working randomly, or it just decides it doesn’t want to play a disc.At first I thought that it had something to do with the fact that the disc was old. I looked at it and it wasn’t scratched but had a few scuff marks. So I ordered a couple new dvds and tried those. Same thing. I eventually got it to work but there was no secret trick to getting it to start working. Just a whole bunch of taking the disc out, putting it back in, turning off the DVD player, turning it back on, trying a different plug in.I honestly would like to exchange it for one that isn’t defective because over all I love everything about it.... except for the part that it doesn’t always work.$170 is just a lot of money for something that struggles to play a DVD

Overall better quality than other comparable products. I have a Ford Expedition and the headrest kit would not fit. The seller was not helpful when I told them I has fitment issues (mount too large) and they suggested I grind pieces down. It fits now but dont trust that it will fit your vehicle even if the distances between your headrest posts is within the specs listed for this product.Update-wiring issues. We've has this for well under a year and used the hdmi plug for the first. Something is wrong with the wiring i think. When you plug the hdmi from your device into the player, the player turns off and it overloads your phone and the phone turns off. I burned through numerous fuses testing different devices, cords, and vehicles. I contacted the seller, and have yet to hear back if this product is even safe anymore. Not worth screwing up my car, etc. Not recommended.

We installed 2 units into a 2017 Chevy Volt. The headrest adapters fit well. The kids liked watching for a long trip. We used both the SD card and the DVD inputs. We also synched up the two units when one kid wanted to watch the other kid's video - all worked fine. We used the IR headphone setup initially, and then got some different headphones which did not have IR, so we used the direct plug-in jack, which all worked fine. Good communications with the seller, though a bit slow. All in all, a good experience with this product.The only other suggestion we'd make is to have a case available, with enough room in the case to hold the player, headphones, and the AC adapter. That way, when leaving the car, you can take the player and accessories with you, to play in your hotel room, and to reduce the likelihood of theft from the car when street parking. Putting all that into a cardboard box is messy and inconvenient and does not offer much screen protection.

Install was very simple, Picture quality good. Display Size and Touchscreen Response is very good. DVD Loading is simple and easy from the front or rear seat. It has messed up 4 times since I installed it. And it’s only been installed for a month...

This product does not have internal battery. It lags in startup time and at times takes awhile before movie starts. Our baby sometimes cries waiting for it to play the movie.

Ordered 2 of these and the ear phone sound on one stopped working after a few months. Contacted customer service and did some trouble shooting without fixing the problem. They replaced the unit for me. Customer service was great and would buy from again. Hopefully no more issues!! Thank you!

It gets a one star because when it worked, it was great. After a few months, the movies would skip and only show pixels. We cleaned the player and the discs, and it doesn’t help. We know it isn’t the discs because we have tried them in three different DVD players which works perfectly. I shouldn’t have to keep turning the DVD player on and off. We used to be able to leave it on after the vehicle turns off (by pushing the button on the adaptor in and/or out), but that doesn’t work anymore either. The FM transmitter doesn’t work anymore either. The volume doesn’t go high enough. We tried talking with the sellers, but they refuse to respond. I thought it was fishy that when they did response it was right after we bought it in concern about the lack of SKU numbers. According to import/export law of the USA, if something is being imported, SKU numbers/ISBN numbers MUST be on the box device. There is a lack of this. We shouldn’t have bought the item with such suspicions. Thank god with bought the AMAZON protection plan.

Acheté pour les longs trajets en voiture utilisé par mon fils de 8 ans sans problème après 1800km rien à redire.le support se fixe facilement sur l'appui tête. Pas d'adaptateur secteur fourni l'appareil ne possède pas non plus de batterie ce qui n'est pas dérangeant pour un usage uniquement en voiture

The media could not be loaded. Hat zuhause eine, ist alt. Möchte eine kaufen um in Ausstellung zu vorbereiten. Gerät sieht gut aus. Monitor ist groß. Zubehör sind alles da. Installation ist leicht. Später machen ein video. Gebe ein Rat, dass in Einleitung noch mehr Foto haben, dann ist noch besser.

L'audio non si sentiva su qualunque fonte selezionata (dvd,usb,cuffie,ecc).Immediatamente reso e pertanto non giudicabile

C'est simple a marché sur un voyage de 1000km et au retour ne marche plus, s'éteint tt seul, plus du tt de sons ni sur le haut parleur, ni sur casque branché. On peu pas régler la luminosité qui est très sombre donc un peu de lumière et on voit plus rien sur l'écran. Télécommande gadget marche a peine si on est pas collé a lecran. Je déconseille et regrette d'avoir été guidé par les bon commentaires sur ce produit
