I rescued a tiny kitten last fall who was diagnosed with ear mites when I took him to the clinic. He was given a dose of revolution and I was told the mites would not be contagious, but somehow my other cats ended up with the mites too. Coordinating with my regular vet and revolution treatments for all the cats, I ordered this solution to help clean the debris from their ears - because the revolution will kill the mites, but it won't clean their ears out! Keeping a pet's ears clean of unnatural debris is extremely important!I chose Paws of Kerry because it has natural ingredients and no alcohol. I knew if I poured an alcohol solution into a sore ear I would never be able to get near those cats again! There was some protesting, but no cries of pain, and I can tell from the clumps of debris that were brought up to the surface that this stuff works very well! I hope we will not have the need to use it again, but if so I will certainly choose this product again!

I love this stuff. I just wish it had a better way to apply. Some sort of bulb syringe would work.

My Weimaraner started shaking his head a few weeks ago like something was bothering one of his ears. I looked inside and noticed a lot of wax and some some redness from irritation. I carefully used some Q!-tips and cotton balls and got out most of the wax but the condition persisted. I went to Amazon to read the reviews of various treatments and to see what others used. Paws of Kerry Ear Treatment got outstanding reviews and I immediately ordered a bottle. Using some of the solution on a few wadded up cotton balls, I cleaned every area of my boy's ears. He didn't wince at any stinging from harsh chemicals used in this solution. But, wow, it sure loosened up a lot of wax which was causing his discomfort. After a few days of repeat treatments, his ears were sparkling clean and he hasn't shaken his head once! The ingredients in this treatment must be very soothing since he seemed to actually enjoy having his ears cleaned! In the future, I will use Paws of Kerry as a preventative measure on maybe a monthly basis. This ear treatment does exactly what it's supposed to do and I highly recommend it.

I decided to purchase this product to save some money from the product I started using a year ago that worked great, but it's just so expensive. I guess you can't be cheap on somethings because this product messed up my dog's ear normal flora and gave her a yeast infection. She used to be prone to yeast infections before I started using the expensive stuff. Welp, my vet had a good laugh and lucky since I'm well educated on my dog having yeast infections she said I could just described it, show her a picture and I could just pick up the med with no visit. She's awesome! Anyways the product might not work on all dogs, maybe just use for 1-2 days and see how your dog reacts and pay attention to smell. If a funky smell like cheese its, moldy cheese, or just any stench, then you have a dog like mine and don't use it anymore. I would recommend a product but I don't want this company to delete my comment, so search something with iodine, and aloe, That may point you in the direction, but of course first ask your vet! Annnd I forgot to mention that I also have two doxies! The one doxie got an allergy from it, and she doesn't need her ears cleaned but once every two weeks, and the other Doxie it worked just fine but her ears need to been cleaned once a week. So, sorry for the long enough comment, I do recommend for the price but test it out first.

It was my first time purchasing this product. And I was shocked and amazed at how quickly it cleared up my dogs ear infection . It was a miracle.. My dog Harley has allergies and this particular ear infection was not going away , It was getting worse. Harley was miserable , putting his head to the side and he cried when anyone or anything touched his ear. I used this product like the directions said. Put it in the ear and leave it alone to do its magic. Within the first 2 days I noticed Harley was feeling much better, and the unpleasant odor had almost disappeared , within the 4th day of using the treatment his ear infection was almost completely gone. One of my dogs has problems with a lot of wax/dirt in his ears and he also is not a major fan of letting me do things like cleaning his ears. Since he is a 157 lb Great Dane if he doesn't want you to clean his ears you don't! However, he has allowed me to clean his ears using this solution - so it must help and make his ears feel better. I really like that it does not sting. I told my vet I was using it and she liked that it has coconut oil and aloe so she said keep using it. I am having to clean ears twice a week - but after an initial run around the bed, I am able to clean and make the head shaking stop. I just got a subscription so I can get it every other month (will also be using on my other Dane who is a bit more compliant with cleaning ears.)

Found a cat outside and figured it had ear mites as it kept shaking its head. I did some research and read reviews online. Most say you can use coconut oil on its own safely but I wanted to buy a product not make my own for peace of mind. I was also concerned after I read reviews for other ear mite products that made cats sick. I checked the ingredients on this and it was simplistic with no extras. Wish it went more into detail with fragrance and preservatives but the product still seems solid. Came clean and not expired which is a big one when ordering online
