Lovely, dark flame baked crackers, thinner than cream crackers , each Matzo is like 4 of them placed end to end, a big tasty yet light cracker. We have eaten these on their own, spread with butter, with cooked meat/ salad ,cheese, hummous even.They taste great . But they do flake and are delicate, one bite and they tend to shatter and even with a plate held under it, you will be covered in Matzo pieces!Addictive, unusually large even Scooby Doo would approve , really surprisingly filling and a great crunch!
