There is NO bending. Very sturdy. I like the places you can hold it to maneuver.

It is made with our new higher strength fiber infused material and comes with 4 molded, textured grips and 11 numbered knobs that you can match to your specific body parts as shown in the user guide and poster. The Body Back Buddy Classic is made from the same new material, has 11 knobs without the numbers and does not have the 4 molded grips. The Body Back Buddy Jr. is more compact and portable than the Elite and Classic versions although it will certainly work for larger body types too.

How heavy is this? Comparable to the GoFit musclehook?
