Lansinoh mOmma Feeding Bottle, 8.4 Ounce (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

Love these bottles! My son was breast fed fit the first two months without any bottles, when I chose to return to work I did not think it was going to be a struggle to find a good bottle that he would accept. I was wrong. Luckily for me I found these on Amazon and decided to try them. These were the only bottle he would take. I still breast fed while I was home and he seemed to have zero issues going back and forth between these bottles and me breastfeeding him. Once I finished breast feeding, he still loved these bottles. He is now almost two and still uses these at bedtime for water. I recommend them to everyone. You can also buy the bottle pieces that are not ball shaped which makes for easier feedings (doesn't waste breast milk or formula) my son preferred the ball shaped bottles, but that was probably because it was similar to breast shaped.

My daughter decided to reject all bottles one day sometime between 3-4 months, even though she was bottle fed at least once or twice a day at the time. After trying several different brands, these were the only ones that she was willing to even try.It was okay for me actually, from the maintainer's view. The cleaning was pretty easy: one big rounded cap, one nipple, one nipple connector ring, and the round bottle - all without any tiny pieces or crevices. I liked that I was able to reach all interior surface of the bottle if I was using sponge to clean without any special brush. I didn't really like that the little amount of milk always gets stuck/left in the bottle because of the shoulder at the top of the bottle. Not a huge deal, but can be a little annoying especially because this also meant that when you put the bottle in the dishwasher, there were always a little bit of water that can't drain out well. I also wished that they had an option for glass bottles. But no bottle is perfect, and my daughter would not have been able to start daycare without these. So overall, awesome!

The bottle may have an odd shape, and everyone that sees my baby with it is surprise to see they make bottles like these (instead of the traditional shape). My baby who is 15 months now have been using this since she was a newborn. I tried the tomee tipee but the nipple kept going in. When I had her try this bottle she did not have a problem using it, and when she was able to hold the bottle, she did not have problems holding it either. You may have a hard time finding a bottle warmer that would fit this but the tomee tipee warmer works out fine.

We were using the Dr. Brown's newborn feeding set and that worked for the first few months whenever my husband needed to feed our breastfed baby. About a month ago, our baby started to reject the bottle,I believe he was trying to latch onto the bottle like he would if he was breastfeeding. The Dr. Brown's shape wasnt working for him. So ... we began the search for another bottle. I choose this one because of the silicone nipple, shape of the nipple and the price. Our son now grabs for the bottle when we feed him. The biggest benefit for him is the wide nipple.

I love this product, the nipple really mimmics breast feeding which is a huge plus (not like other wide neck nipples). The round shape is super cute, the only problem is that when the milk is finishing some of it is stuck in the gap between the round shape and the nipple.. so you have to shake it a little bit so all the milk flows to the nipple. The other one thing is that bottles that come with slow flow nipples do NOt come with rocking base which can be a - or + deppending on what you like, i was dissapointed because i did not get a bottle with rocking base like it shows in this picture but the slow flow nipple has only 1 hole which is good slow flow. Over all is the best i have tried for breastfeeding and bottle feeding combination.. it really do prevents nipple confusion.. and it enters the baby's mouth like the breast does.

I was in a search for a great bottle for my breastfed baby to use while he was being watched by family. He used it, but ended up not being particular about what bottle was used. It's definitely cute to see a little one hold onto this big round thing. it was easy to clean, but storage is not as easy. It sure does take up more space than other brands.... But it's so cute!

I ordered one bottle and its a regular non rocking bottle, it doesn't have the green-bottom, which is pictured. The nipple though is great and my baby took it right away. The shape in the 8 oz bottle is very round and because of that last drops of milk get caught along the rim of the bottle, you have to tip the bottle and let the milk slide into the nipple. its an okay bottle. i would give it 3.5 stars if i could.

Our little one had a strong gag reflex and only did well when nursing. We started the bottle transition when I was getting ready to head back to work and tried every bottle under the sun. Nothing worked UNTIL we found the mOmma! It saved us. It was the only bottle she would take!
