Great Value - Great Product
I spent a lot of time looking for a new travel crib for my 2nd child. We had a traditional Graco Pack n' Play with the first and we were never happy with it. It was bulky to travel with and seemingly not very comfortable for our son. I couldn't be more pleased with the KidCo Travelpod. We just returned from our first weekend using it and it worked great! It was light and fit easily in our car. The set up was pretty easy and our daughter slept beautifully in it. It's also a great value for the price! We are very happy we went with this option.

not durable
I really like the easy set up and lightweight features. Mattress seems very comfortable for my 16mos old. However I can not find sheets that fit. Pack n play sheets are too small and regular crib sheets are too big.update: the mesh tore after just two uses.

Great travel crib
I bought this when we traveled with my 10 month old son. I wanted something light and easy to set up and these fit the bill. It takes about 5 minutes to put together and seems pretty sturdy (my 3 year likes to hop in and out and it has never tipped over).I was hesitating on this or the Babybjorn and I'm glad I went with Kidco. I see know difference other than an increase in price in the Babybjorn.

- the bed tips easily - the poles are cumbersome to set up
I originally purchased this bed as an alternative to the pricey baby Bjorn (BB). While the kidco looked very similar to the BB, there are so,e key diffnces that mad me return the kidco and keep the BB.Pros:- the sides are tall enough to keep in a tall toddler- the bed is lightweight- affordableCons:- the bed tips easily- the poles are cumbersome to set up. With many portable cribs ready to go, this design of having to assemble the poles seems a bit archaic.- not as convenient to put up or take down as the baby BjornI returned my kidco and kept my baby Bjorn

Good quality, sturdy, easy to set-up, break-down, and carry, half price of other brands.
This is so much better than a pack-n-play and so much cheaper than the pea pod or whatever other fancy brand charges twice as much. This crib folds into a very reasonable sized rectangle and only weighs about 10 pounds. I can lift it (by the durable handles) with one hand and still have plenty of strength left to carry other items/kids.The A-frame is not so extreme that I have difficulty leaning over to pick up the baby. I'm 5' 3" so this is a big consideration.I place the mat on the inside so I've never bothered with the velcro. It takes maybe 2-3 minutes to set up (the first time took me maybe 5-10, going slow and inspecting the pieces), is remarkably sturdy, and is easy to break down AND fit properly back into the carrying case.I highly recommend this to anyone traveling with an infant. We have used it in multiple hotels and apartments and will be taking it with us on many more travels.

I'll take this anywhere
My grandson is the product of tall parents (both 6'7"). At 11 months, he is 31" tall and almost 30 pounds. I wanted a safe place for him to nap at Grandma's and this fits the bill. Because the mattress is not raised on a platform, I don't have to worry about him cracking the pad and breaking through if he jumps. Assembly is easy, but different than a pack & play. You have to slide the legs through channels and snap them into place, then affix the mattress to the base. First time took about 5 minutes. 2nd time took 2-3 minutes. With the base larger than the top, it is very stable. It takes a standard play yard sheet. It is easier to pack in a car than a pack & play, and the entire package slides under my bed.

Too many parts to put it together. Other brands, while more expensive, and MUCH easier and faster up & down.
