These gel sheets are for EMS Abs Trainer Abdominal Toning Belt Muscle Toner What is EMS Trainer? -- Generally, muscles act in response to signals from the brain. EMS(Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is a technology that uses electrical signals to directly stimulate and exercise the muscles. Gel sheets are consumables,replace with a new sheet at the following times: 1.Obviously feel the conduction performance decreased,cause decreased strength. 2.When it loses its adhesiveness, the adhesive surface(gel)dries out or is gouged or dirt/grime that cannot be removed exists. Note: 1. The side with white paper should stick to the pad, and the other side stick to your skin 2. When the gel sheet is not sticky enough, please put some water on it and wait 5-10 mins until the water is absorbed completely, and then it will be sticky again. 3. The gel sheet should be replaced after continuously used about 30 times or when it is dirty in order to ensure the conductivity 4.Please clean and dry your skin before using this product. Sweat, body cream, make-up product, dirt etc. will decrease the adhesiveness and conductivity 5.Please stick the protector film back to the gel sheets after using and keep them away from super hot or cold temperature Package includes: 15 packs gel pads(30pcs)

Only got 1 pac of 15 gel pads when it advise 2 pac,s of 15 sublotal 30 not happy
Rip off am sure they carnt count well i no better next

Good quality and used in conjunction with a regime, they can really make a difference.
I really feel that EMS works as it does contract muscles that can be hard to reach, I must say as a Personal Trainer that nothing will replace a good exercise regime and a healthy balance diet. Now speaking of contracting muscles this machine and these pads , (which are the most important part in my opinion) really do give lots of muscle contractions and you will definitely notice a difference in muscle tone within a few weeks but it comes down to getting rid of the surface fat to really notice a difference and that means diet and exercise.Now I tend to use these a lot in the run up to summer or holiday and they are a godsend as I get better definition in areas that are hard to reach.Just remember they are an aid to a goal and not a solution and you will not go far wrong.Ok so the pads, they are of a good quality, they are not to expensive but I do not replace them every 20 - 30 uses.

Echt super!
Diese Gelpads finde ich besser als die ursprünglich aufgeklebten. Man sollte unbedingt vor der Verwendung die vorhandenen Pads entfernen und dann alles mit den neuen Pads bestücken.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
