Better than expected.
I Haven't paid attention to any of the other potential benefits but I will tell you that the circulation and blood flow benefits this gives are very noticeable.

Easy to take
I love the design of these - I have a hard time swallowing big pills, but these are super easy, no worse than those little vitamin d gels.

Not the tastiest
These may help improve the gut microbiome, but they taste pretty awful. It’s a chore to get my kids to eat them.

These are children’s strawberry natural flavor Chewable Probiotics. This is new to me for Children, but with the cold and flu season coming on I hope these can help the kids from Getting sick, or if they do, it will be mild. I take probiotics, and prebiotic, and do notice when people are sick around me I’m not getting sick nearly as often at all. Probiotics put the good Bacteria in your body to protect you from getting sick. If you have to take the dreaded antibiotics that kills the bad bacteria, and also the good. After you Finish your antibiotics, Take your Probiotics To replenish back your good bacteria. There are some antibiotics that you cannot take probiotics with at the same time (talk to your Pharmacist) as your probiotics Might cancel out the Anitibiotics . That said, vitamin C is important to take also. It says to take One a day, but reading in the green next to that it says ,Take One tablet 3 times a day before meals ! I think its a tricky way of selling this product as a one a day at a glance, but then looking at a different area on the bottle 3 A Day! and what does that really mean, and then how do we really Know how much a child should have of this! I personally will be giving One aday for children under 5 yrs old.

Good value, kids love them.
Kids love them. I love the blend of probiotics they provide. I am always looking for a better spectrum and these are pretty decent. Good price, too.

Very good supplement. My first encounter with ubiquinol and it most likely won't be the last.
