Unlike the description there is no trigger on the gun. It operates solely by pulling back the spring loaded pump action handle underneath. However, rather than real springs it’s uses terrible plastic air filled ones which have not once succeeded in firing the foam balls for me.

Pure crap. Impossible for a child to operate. The air pump does not work. My child was left in tears after reviewing this gift.
