Tangy, chewy, delicious
I eat a lot of noodles, usually A-sha brand from Taiwan or their mash up with Momofuku. These noodles are pricey but stellar. They are chewy and the sauce is spicy, oily, with a bit of vinegar and a bit of a bite. If you add a cut up egg, some scallions, and I like to throw in diced crunchy cabbage and lime juice, it’s freaking delicious

If you like dry or Dan Dan noodles...
I love these, at >$3 a pack with a frozen eggroll tossed in the air fryer it is one of my favorite go-to meals now. I do not like the noodle cup ramen or anything soupy, so after boiling these for a few minutes I drained the noodles and let them sit off to the side while I heated up the oil in the same pan. I added the flavoring packet (which is liquid and saves even more prep time), it sizzles in the oil and then I toss the noodles back in and stir until coated. I keep everything from dry garlic crisp, to chili oil crisp, liquid aminos, liquid ginger, rice vinegar, fish sauce, you name it on hand if I think my noodles need it, but I think these had plenty of flavor on their own and the texture is great. New favorite noodles now and I think these will be hard to beat.

Delicious.
These are amazing. Great flavor and noodle texture. The mala heat is great (I add my homemade mala chili oil to add heat). But for a Sichuan mala flavor to heat combo these are great even without enhancement. The scallion oil is delicious too. Will continue to order for a treat

Absolutely Love!…. BUT…..
I absolutely love these noodles and the flavor! But my goodness… the way that the price of these noodles fluctuate is so frustrating. They have been almost 30 DOLLARS sometimes! Which is absolutely ridiculous, for only FOUR packs of noodles in the package. Currently they are $22, which is still more than I’m willing to pay for these. They have been $11-$13 in the past. Now I understand how prices have gone up everywhere, inflation and the cost of living, but goodness, almost $10-$18 increase at times, is absolutely insane. Maybe the cost of shipping to have it shipped over seas has gone up or fluctuates too, which I have taken into account…. but still. I will not purchase these noodles until they are well below $20 again. I actually bought these noodles from an Asian Food Store online where they were only $11. I bought 2 packages and I had to pay shipping, BUT even with the shipping cost, having it shipped over from Asian, it was STILL less than if I had bought 2 packages from Amazon with free shipping. So I don’t really know. It feels like Amazon is just being greedy and trying to see how much money they can sell them for, where people will buy them. That’s all. Love the noodles, hate the price.

taste and cost
Love these noodles, but the price is too high for the amount sent. It used to be reasonable...but everything is more expensive now. I will still order them until I find a comparable replacement. They are a quick and delicious meal, and you can choose how spicey you want.

Good, chewy noodles
The flavor was not to my liking. They were quite spicy but overall flavor was not very good. The texture of the noodles were good and nice and chewy. I ended up throwing away the seasoning packets and made my own.

Versatile noodles delicious
While there only 4 packets in the box it turns out each packet of noodles and sauce made 3 meals for me. I love the convenience just simmer the noodles dump in oil and sauce pack and add anything green onions, broccoli, steamed cabbage, ground pork, anything or nothing it’s delicious and fast! Highly recommend long chewy noodles great seasoning.

Just as good as I hoped
These are SO GOOD. I Have eaten these two times in a row now and I got the noodles perfect this time. I was carefully to follow instructions the first time but they weren’t as chewey as I had hoped so I left on high this time and only cooked them for about 4-5 minutes. I also decided to only add about 75% of the sauces as the first time adding all of them made it just a tad too oily and saucy. I’d love to find these in a store for cheaper but if I can’t I’ll definitely keep buying them from here. They’re super fun and filling. I didn’t really taste much “scallion” which is fine with me but it has a nice subtle over all taste which is nice. A lot of noodles have so much flavor it can be overpowering. The spice is just right as well. If you love noodles I definitely recommend at least trying these once and you’ll likely keep buying more!
