Is this powder Dutch processed aka alkalised?

Yes it is. Potassium carbonate is listed in the ingredients . Potassium carbonate is one of of most common solutions used in the Dutch process. If healthy benefits is something that matters to you in a chocolate then stay well away from this one. Fortunately Amazon does sell cocoa powder which didn’t go through the Dutch process. Some clinical studies show that the Dutch process can destroy up to 90% of the “magic” flavonols

What is the percentage of cocoa in this please ?

As stated on the packaging and in the picture it’s 100% cocoa It’s good stuff

I do not know this for a fact, BUT I imagine it is KETO friendly as it is just cocoa powder. With the omission of the cocoa butter, there is no oil in this ... so I imagine it has (virtually) no calories.
