Plugged it in, and we got our reclining couch working again after 8 months in a open position, Thank you very much, we save a bundle instead of buying a new couch !

This comparable adapter worked in my chair, but it appears to be not as well-made as the item I actually ordered. Therefore, I returned it.

Good thing I work in the electrical field. This is suppose to be a direct replacement for my chair power supply according to the company. Went to install it and the plug was not the right size. Mine had a larger plug. I clipped theirs off and then took a meter to verify the positive and negative of each hole. I got it to work. If you are going to claim it is a replacement you need to do your research. It took about a half hour to make it work. The only reason I gave it a 2 is because it had the right specifications and it worked after I modified it.

I was concerned that it would match, but it works great with no problems!
