Very nice looking, great use of compartments, but it does NOT keep hot foods hot. I used this for lunches and after four hours in the container, my food was barely warm. I love the idea of everything having its own separate container and having the carrying pouch, but I was very disappointed that it didn’t keep my foods hot.

It's a beautiful set and did what it's supposed to; however, the lids became difficult to open and close after the first two-three uses. I don't know why. It's really weird. They just don't want to screw on all the way anymore, and trying to unscrew them from the point they stop is very difficult. Would NOT recommend.

I have tried all sorts of containers for my teenager's lunch and all end up leaking as she has a mess either in her lunch box or in her backpack. We have had many ruined assignments due to leaking. This fits in her backpack just right, can withstand the abuse the poor backpack receives and still does not leak. We have had sauces (i.e. sweet and sour sauce), soups and even the syrup from canned fruits and it still does not leak. Food has stayed hot and cold, well at least long enough to make it to lunch time. I have not tested it while out in extreme temperatures or longer than 5 hours. There is a compartment on the side for utensils and it all comes apart to fit in the top rack of the dishwasher. I couldn't ask for more.

I contemplated purchasing this because of the mixed reviews. I decided to do it, and glad I did. I like! It has portion control that I never even thought of when I first purchased it. I like that it is modular. You don't have to carry all sections if you don't want to. I hand wash it every night and pack it up and leave it in the fridge. I have not had the need for things to stay cold or hot. I leave it on my desk at work until I'm ready to eat. My salad is cool and the heated food, I simply dump on a paper late and heat in the microwave. I pack a salad, fruit, nuts, cheese, raisins, and a main course... left overs. I do recall the first time I used it I could not get the smaller section opened after over tightening. I simply put on some leather gloved to grip it better and it came right open. Leakage: If you don't align the sections with the lids, yes you will have leakage. I have not had soup or anything in it yet. I cannot recall if it is dishwasher safe. But hand washing is a pain because I hate doing dishes. Hope this helps you in your decision. Thx!

The box for the utensils was a bit hard to open at first, but you get the hang of it. It's easy to clean and durable.

Love how much I was able to get into my container for today. First time using it, but so far, I’m loving the utility of it. I was able to fit a whole work day's full of breakfast, lunch and snacks, with a handful of nuts in the lid (not shown). Hopeful I don’t run into any issues I’ve read in other reviews. It was a bit difficult to screw back together, so I can see how this might be an issue for leaks and ease-of-use. I noticed a similar container for sale that came with a spoon and chopsticks, that utensil container also being in a felt case. This one came with a spoon and fork and a plastic case that fits alongside it. I’ll update if something changes – but so far, I’m happy with it!

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had this for 2 years or so, and although this is great material and quality, you cannot heat it in the microwave because of the metal. I highly recommend this if you are heating your food first and then placing it in the containers. However, you would need to eat your food within 2 hours before it gets cold again. And if you wanted to reheat it, you would have to use another container for that. Other than that, it’s made well and I would still recommend this with a warning to think about if you would need to reheat your food.

I love that I can do a full day of meal prep in the one container. I can have yogourt in one section with berries, leave the oats in a small compartment, soup in one and sandwich in another etc. Super easy to clean too.Downside is that it can be difficult to remove the parts from one another without the proper technique, and I didn't find that the thermal aspects functioned very well. You'd need to put ice/boiling water in the relevant compartment for some period of time BEFORE filling it in order to get any of the thermal properties.

I bought this item based on the other review; it is not as large as depicted, so first dislike. It will not fit Na’an Bread or tortillas. It is leak proof provided you yourself ensure it is by placing the pieces together in the right way which isn’t as hard as it sounds but does take attention to detail. My utensil box, though the cutlery are in plastic wrap, came with an uninvited dead insect which goes to show some loose quality control and the need for consumers to inspect and wash anything they order. I have not yet tested the temperature claims of this item and will update my review as soon as I can. All in all, I do like the idea of this product and cannot wait to older it’s practicality in motion.

I ordered this useless piece of garbage in July trying to get ahead on school purchases. Sadly I didn’t use this until yesterday and I’m past the return window.Leakproof- NO NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT!Washed the disappointing containers by hand after work. Went I went to dry realized that all the big containers now have water in them because their isn’t a proper seal between stainless steel bowl and plastic casing. Can’t get water out so it will mould.So so so disappointed.

Bought this for my 12 year old in January. She has used it 4 times. She loves the look and really enjoys showing off the different levels at school. She would rate this product very high. As a mother I’ve found that it doesn’t keep her lunch warm even though she eats it about 2-3 hours after I pack it. In addition when I’m washing it, I’ve found that water gets in between the inner and outer cases. I can hear is sloshing around after it’s been washed and have to turn it different angles to try let the water out. This drying process takes several hours and I’m never sure I got all the water out. It’s getting an average rating just for the fun factor.

I can't believe that it can't keep warm，I know that Incredible things now，My kids eat cold food in these days.
