I used to build my own sawhorses from 2x4's and while they were stronger than any folding sawhorse around, once the job was completed I either had to throw them out or store them somewhere which was a PIA. I've since switched to folding sawhorses as they are much more convenient for storage and if you buy half decent ones, are generally strong enough to do what I need them to do. These are the 3rd set of folding horses I've purchased (the others were from two different manufacturers) and I can say that I prefer these over the others even though those were more expensive. I'm not certain who Amazon contracted to make these but I'm quite impressed. I was expecting something more cheaply built but these are solid and the easiest folding sawhorses I have to open and close. My others can be finicky with requiring that I snap the bottom tray into place once opened to keep it in a locked position. Closing them requires unsnapping them and I've had one break doing this. To open these, pulled the legs apart and they pretty much lock open. To close, insert your fingers in the tray and lift up. It's that simple. The weight rating on these horses is close to my others (about 100lbs less) but more than enough to hold a bunch of lumber or a plank with me on them. Highly recommend these if you are considering folding sawhorses Update: just noticed that these sawhorses are a bit smaller across the top than my other folding horses. These are 22" while my others are 27". This is a definite negative and as a result I'm going to deduct one star from them. Still like them but it limits what I can put on them as they are almost 20% smaller

These saw horses are excellent, light weight, and can hold up to 700 lbs. Perfect for wooden fence repairs.

These are light weight and easy to store. They set up fast, and appear to have great support strength. Because they fold flat, they store easily in a small space, flat against the wall in my garage. They are well made and a great value for the price. Unlike my old metal ones they will not rust.

My husband and I have been working on houses since we got married 20 years ago. We have a very sturdy set of sawhorses that had been a mainstay in our lives. But they are incredibly heavy and award to carry. I LOVE these cheap little guys because you just pop them up and set them down wherever in one trip! I’d like the to be a little taller but you know, they are just fine. If you are looking for some incredibly easy to move around and agile saw horses these are for you. If you are a serious home builder get the big bulky ones for big projects AND these for when you just need a quick project. And do the price you can’t beat it!

These are just mediocre. Very light weight but I’m not certain they will support the weight it states.

Buy these if you want to make a platform to work on. Don't buy them if you want to save the planet. They're solid enough to put stuff on to work on but the box they were packed in could have held at least 5 packs, and so much packing paper I could have wallpapered a room twice over with so much paper.

Doing some work on the garden shed and was looking for some quality but not too expensive worksaw/ horse [needed two]. These fitted the bill. Prompt delivery time and upon opening very impressed with the quality of plastic [I have been a bit apprehensive about the quality that might arrive]. Extremely lightweight, very quick to open [can do with one hand]. Handy 'lug' that flips up or down as you need it to hold timber whilst sawing. Useful shelf underneath when open. 5* for these as perfectly fitted my needs and alot cheaper than other premium type products. These are sturdy products and should do me many years. The brother was impressed so he ended up buying a couple for his workshop to. Highly rated.
