As an uninsured person with major depressive disorder, this supplement has been an huge resource for me. I don't use it as directed since I'm not using it for weight loss. I generally take one daily and it helps with the depression symptoms. Sometimes my symptoms intensify, like the week before my cycle or during high stress times, and I'll increase to two pills daily until regulated. One bottle generally lasts me six to eight weeks. If used as directed, it will last a month. This supplement is a little pricy, but well worth it for me.

I clearly have a hormone imbalance. I’ve been chasing the root cause for several years now. I also believe that imbalance has thwarted my ability to lose weight, curb cravings, stay positive and motivated. Without rambling on forever, I’ll just say, this product has given me hope. I take it along with hoodia. For the first time in 5 years I’m nearing my goal weight. I sleep better and although I’m still moody and hopeless at times, those times have become much, much less. The better you feel, the better you feel and it only gets better with each passing week. I don’t claim to have solved the entire hormone imbalance but this product has helped me more than any product I’ve tried so far. I’m a believer...things can get better.

I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks at night and they work well. I used to take 5-HTP years ago, but I forget how much it does help lift your mood. Relora is excellent for chilling your anxieties. It is helping me sleep better and have better mood throughout the day, but it is expensive and I would prefer a little more 5-HTP so I will probably purchase Relora and 5-HTP separately when I run out.

Great quality product that is hard to find at the local natural food stores so I always end up buying it online. For such a great product you would think the stores would carry it but no luck. I highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers from mood swings, depression, and wants to lose weight. I have used it for a couple years now and will continue to use it as it works beautifully for me. It does not have all the side effects as the drugs the doctors prescribe, and I feel safe taking it. Also don't expect instant results as this works into a nice balanced effect. Thank you

Typical capsule. I found this to cause me some agitation. I took a lot of it out of the capsules and try these teeny-weeny spoons to portion it out and smaller amounts but I still have the same problem. I had to return it because it wasn't going to work and it is a little bit expensive but I don't feel bad about it because I buy a bunch of supplements off here all the time and there are many things I buy over and over and over so every now and then you get one that's not quite what you hope for but you have to give it a try. I think this could be really good for some people but it wasn't for me

Is there a way to get a refund on this broken purchase as the bottle was broken when shipped?The bottle arrived appropriately wrapped in bubble wrap but the bottom of the bottle was either missing or broken with glass shards mixed in with the capsules. Unusable and not returnable because it’s a good product so I’m out $39.!!!

So I decided I would try MDMA at a rave on NYE. Drugs aren't really my style but I wanted to celebrate a successful year. I completely depleted my serotonin and was depressed for months. Couldn't find a way, figured the comedown sadness would go away. It didn't. Fights with my BF, no motivation, gained weight, horrible PMS...Now I just started these, but I felt a positive glow, focus and motivation within the first day- no joke! I am finding pleasure in the small things, content with my meals, getting excerise and ruminating thoughts faded away. Not even irritable and I'm more mindful in general. Excellent product. It is really helping me with my somewhat weird depression. I just can't take drugs as I don't want to be a zombie.This product - however - it is providing me with a much better quality of life and it is natural. I take it at night and after a week or so of using it, I'm back at the gym and socializing again - amazing!Thanks guys
