I have always traditionally used a wooden rolling pin, until I watched a baking video where they used a silicone one and talked briefly about it. I thot I'd give it a try. I love it! It is so much easier to use, there's less sticking and less flour needed so your dough doesn't dry out, and it's dishwasher safe! So, the clean up is easier too! I'm glad I decided to try it out. No regrets.

This is a great rolling pin! It is comfortable in my hands and has good rolling action. The width is perfect for rolling cookie dough. I also purchased the Dough EZ Rolling Mat system. These products used together make rolling cookie dough so easy and also with consistent dough thickness for even cooking. The rolling pin is dishwasher safe but I only needed to wipe it off since the pin was never in contact with the dough because I used the mat and pin in conjunction. I highly recommend this rolling pin as well as the rolling mat system.

I have used this twice to roll out some sticky pastry dough. It worked great as it took just a dusting of flour to keep it from sticking. I really like this rolling pin! It seems sturdy and rolls easily.

I was looking for a large silicone rolling pin. I saw only this one. I had doubts about taking it or not. It's good that I took it. I'm very happy .

Non-stick surface has reduced the amount of flour needed during rollout. Spins freely and easily with little downward pressure needed. Nice handweight, lighter than I expected. I sought out a longer length pin and this was a quality option for the price.

This rolling pin is very large and heavy but it's great. Nothing sticks, it's quite an improvement over wooden pins.

I had a marble rolling pin and a wooden rolling pin, I even had my old Tupperware (fill with ice water) rolling pin. This one works so much better than any of those. It's worked really well for me.
