good replacement for a bad regulator on my kubota b 7200

Works perfectly on a Kubota B7200HST
Bought and installed this on my B7200HST and it works perfectly. This one has a ground and I put it on the mounting screw. My tractor is charging correctly again.

Doesn’t seem to work correctly on Kubota B8200
After replacing with this the charge light never comes on at start up like it should
