Amazing!! I have struggled to sleep more than 4 hours a night for years, since menopause. From day one taking this as soon as I wake up.. I am sleeping all night. If I wake up to use the toilet I go straight back to sleep. The only negative experience is a bit of sluggishness when I wake up, apparantly caused by my body trying to make up for years of poor sleep. Otherwise my energy levels in the day have improved and I'm not falling asleep mid afternoon. I take half a dropper under my tongue as soon as I wake up. I don't drink or eat for half an hour after. I'm also beginning to notice my focus and concentration are improving slightly after one week. From childhood Ive been hyperactive and struggled with focus and lack of concentration. Ive tried all manner of supplements and nothing has ever worked before. I just bought this for sleep problems and it seems to be an all round miracle supplement i absolutely recommend this 100%. This really helped with brain fog after a few days , but I will have to stop taking as it, side effects are as soon as i take it I feel like I need to pee all the time , tried taking half the amount and still have this problem it’s far too strong .

WoW, I had forgotten what it felt like to have energy. After a recent blood test, it came back that my B12 was low. Only liquid B12 drops i found that doesn't have unnecessary flavours, sweeteners/sugars or preservatives. tastes like water and does the job. I bought as I had a random allergy to dairy and had to cut it out and due to the diet change I realised I was losing a lot of hair and found out b12 which is in dairy products, a lack of it, could cause hair loss. I've noticed a huge difference since taking this supplement, I'm no longer losing hair. I tried a few different brands before i found this one, as I mentioned many have a lot of ingredients which is not necessary, very happy i found this one, clean ingredients so you don't have to worry about creating other issues whist attempting to fix one.
