Love this book. Its not only for "oldies" - if you are over forty you can benefit from reading this.It will be my bedside book, a comfort to dip in and out of, for always.As always, Joan Chittister is both practical and inspiring.It is an uplifting work - showing us ways to re-evaluate ourselves as we develop, to nurture ourselves andencouraging us to live life fully, giving of our talents to those around us.

I've given this to several friends who are retiring or 'of a certain age' - it's encouraging us to see age in a positive light and embrace it rather than fear or resent it - at 67yrs. old I feel brand new!!!

The book has helped me to understand myself and especially my spiritual life at this time in my life. I appreciate it very much and will read it at least once again.
