Well I'd contact poweroak first or try eBay. Failing that a computer shop usually has a wide selection of cables and connectors, or try an electrical or hardware shop.

I have a dreamstar evole would it be compatible with this?

Question 3

Can this be left on charge for several days or does it have to be unplugged from mains once fully charged?

The operating instructions do not mention this situation. The Poweroak comes with a separate transformer, a lead from one end plugs into the mains power socket and the other lead runs from the transformer into the Poweroak unit itself. Recharging is quite quick. About 6.5hours from empty to full. It will recharge to about 98% in about 4 hours but like most batteries takes a while to cram in the last 2% or so! 
Once charged the battery seems to hold a full charge for several weeks. Possibly longer. The instructions say to ensure the battery is charged to at least 60% if it is in storage and to check it every 6 months to ensure it is at 60% (or above if you left it fully charged).
I suppose you could leave it on charge for several days if you had to. It appears to have its own management system so knows to stop charging. However as with all electrical items it is not good to leave things plugged in unnecessarily as even when not charging the transformer will be drawing power. So I cannot give you a definitive answer.
i have not yet posted a review of this product as I have been evaluating it. However I am impressed with its performance. It has run a cpap machine for 5 full nights in a row before needing recharging. Slightly longer if you ensure all non essential cpap functions are turned off. (ie put the device into aircraft mode if it supports this function and turn off any humidifier or heater function.) 
This has made camping and trips away much easier. The item is expensive but has now been used for a total of 40+ nights in the last 6 months with no apparent loss of efficiency (yet!). Just remember there is a separate transformer and wires to consider when packing it. If you are away for just a couple of nights you can recharge it when you get home and save carting the extra bits around.

Is there a way to charge this powerbank in the car? with a dc adapter or a usb cable? thank you

There is a USB port on the 'in put' side, but I have never tried this. 
The battery is fantastic. It lasts be 4-5 nights without the humidifier and 2-4 days with the humidifier. 
I would strongly recommend this product.
