Adjustment Screws!!
In case anyone has the same problem I had, the instructions for the adjustment screws that come in the manual are wrong and will throw everything off if you follow what they say. Even after looking at other manuals, the white/yellow screws did not match up, nor did their direction.Essentially, when I first set the screen up and hit the down button, it kept going down and down, and even further until it got to the end and started rolling backwards. After hours of fiddling, here is what I found. The YELLOW adjustment screw controls how far the screen drops when pressing down. Turning it CLOCKWISE will drop the screen further down, and CLOCKWISE will bring it up.The WHITE screw (hidden behind the little black press fit cover controls how far the screen goes up. I can't fully remember which direction did what, but I had to adjust this one slightly as I was still able to see the black part of the screen slightly when it was fully up.Day 2 with this screen and it is okay. The remote does *not* come with a battery, and uses a small style 12v.

Slight wave or warp in the screen but not a deal-breaker
This is my first screen and projector so I have nothing to compare them with. The screen appears to be very bright and reflects a good picture. I purchased my projector and screen especially to watch 3-D movies. The screen does a good job there. The only complaint I have with the screen is that it has a bit of a warp or wave on the right lower side. It is noticeable with just the ambient light in the room, but it is not noticeable once the projector is showing a picture upon it, so it is not a deal-breaker. My projector is overhead and about 12 ft away. The picture displayed extends to the black section on each side of the screen. I sit maybe 10 ft away from the screen so it is a good size picture, and I have to say I love it.The motor works well to raise and lower the screen, and I am hoping that it will last a long time. That is my main concern about the screen.I think for the price the screen was a pretty good deal even with its apparent defect in the screen. There was no Hardware with the screen to mount it but that was no problem. I bought a couple of hooks to screw into the ceiling joists, used a couple of short pieces of chain, a couple of S hooks, and it was mounted in no time. One thing they should have done differently though is to change the wiring configuration of the wall mounted switch. The wiring going to the electrical socket and to the screen are both on the top side of the switch. It would have been better from my point of view to have the wire going to the electrical socket coming out of the bottom.Overall my only complaint with the screen is the slight wave or warp in the screen. I do not notice any affect to the picture, but still wish it was not there. Knocked off one star for that but probably should only have been a half a star. Otherwise, I am pleased with the purchase.

Best bargain for motorized projector screen
I had previously bought one of those foldable projector screen to put on the wall. That took me almost an hour because I just couldn't get it uniform and stretched out right, even with their hooks or double sided tape. Within a day I decided to just go with a motorized screen like this one. It comes with no creases or folds since it's all encased in a silver tube. This thing literally took me thirty seconds to install, as I just used Gorilla hooks (two of them) to mount this to the wall. Motor is quiet, you have a wall control and a remote, picture quality is much better than my wall. Awesome buy!

An investment for my home theater
Set it up in my home theater and it is just right! We used to project movies to our wall but there are always lots of small reflections that affect watching. Projecting movies on this PVC screen makes the image sharper and the color is more contrasting. Remote controlling the screen is convenient to adjust the height of the screen when some of my family members do not like the black bars appear, even though I thought the images become sharper with it. Screen itself is not heavy and is easy to set up. Just hope the top hanger were also black so that I do not see the reflection when playing movies in the dark.

20# UPS return
I was doing this ALL alone, only two hands. Got it earlier than expected and was like "Nice". So I got all the hardware the same day to angle it on the ceiling just right (I was NOT going into studs). So after about an hour I got it up, power to the control panel was lit.Well, when I pressed the down button, nothing happened but a beep.I was like, maybe I need to hold it in,,, Nothing! So I jumped on Amazon and put in a replacement order in.Long story short? The new one came a day later and works like a gem. Now I have this 20# box to take to UPS.It does give off a strong smell, but sure if it wasn't the dead of Winter and I could open my doors to get a cross breeze, that would be gone in a few days.

Motor doesn't work right, support also doesn't work right.
Came with motor issues. Up would go up sometimes, down goes down sometimes, other times it starts humming and the lights flicker like it's trying to go up and down at the same time. End caps and motor and height detector are all mounted with cheap sheet metal screws leaving paint chipping around the holes. Got bent in shipping due to poor packaging. You probably want a different screen than this one. Support has done nothing but ask for more details, I event sent them a video of it not working and sent them a few more mails, waiting a week between asking if there are any updates on this with no response. Looks to me like they are just trying to wait out the 30 day warranty so they can get out of replacing their product. They don't seem like they want customers very much.

I bought for a wedding
I bought this screen for an outdoor wedding. We did a slide show for the bride and groom. It was very simple to use. We built a frame and it affixed to an archway. This is great a quality screen and had no wrinkles. It is a very thick poly type fabric. It does have grommets but we did not need the. My only thoughts is I think screens should arrive in a roll and not folded. It would make a better presentation.
