If you install it on windows 10, do not use attached CD for setup.It will fail surely. It will setup and install automatically without cd.You have to wait patiently for 5 mts to install. But you won't get any screenindicators of installing. Speed is quiet good compared toother similar product, which I used. It works in Linux too without CD setup.

Quality and make is good

Excellent product, performed in superb way and supporting Hikvision ids-7208HUHI-M1 DVR/HVR, however TP link USB Wifi dongle was not competable for the same.Really great 👍

Pretty decent wlan dongle. WiFi reception is decent but not very great. I purchased this dongle for its soft AP capability, but this feature is supported only on windows 8 and below. Soft AP is not supported on windows 10z

The only reason to buy this was to learn ethical hacking. This get detected easily on Ubuntu but took a bit of an effort to get the correct driver for Kali Linux. It supports monitor mode and will be trying out different things as I learn more. At this price, it is decent for people looking to learn ethical hacking to be used on Kali Linux. Although the signal and speed doesn't seem to be great, I am giving this 5 stars just because I am able to learn.

Please keep in mind that the device signal reception is very poor compared to tp-link.Computer and router were kept in different rooms, it was showing speed less than 1 mb.Where as the tp-link can show 2-3mb.It doesn't support 5ghz signal, so whoever wants to connect to high speed 5ghz signals (for example from your jio broadband) then please avoid this.Instead put some 200 rupees extra and buy tp-link AC600 adaptor which supports 5ghz.

Typical USB wifi adapters based on Realtek chips do not work with Linux due to driver issues. This adapter (based on RTL8192EU Realtek WiFi chipset) works out of the box with Arch/Manjaro Linux.
