I like the product

I bought this walker for my handicapped mother. The top button used for folding and unfolding the walker was pressed down as shown in picture and the rubber casing which should be protecting it was absent. If this button does not function properly the walker becomes unstable and is useless for the patient. Besides the top bar was full of machine oil that had leaked from the button.I asked for a replacement since I need this and was told by customer service that they would provide a refund after talking with the seller . Now I called Amazon customer service and was flatly told that no refund or replacement is possible . This is very unfair. I am stuck with a non functional walker and have to buy another one now for my mother.
