Gianni Calogiuri Fig Vincotto Balsamic Vinegar, 500ml (17oz)

I love this balsamic so much, I have sent it to my children for Christmas. That is all the “dressing” I put on any salad. A dip or sprinkle on cheeses; on fresh fruit plates; endless possibilities. Worth the money. Only thing is it’s addicting!

This is just what I was looking for. Perfect for my salad. The flavor is bold and delicious. The consistency is perfect, liquid like but not at all thin or watered down.

Been looking for a sweet, tangy, thick balsamic, with fig flavor notes for a long time. This one is exactly right. Not too sweet, not too acidic. Perfect balance, and thickness. I'm a happy camper now!

I've purchased Vincotto fig vinegar for years and have loved it. But the most recent bottle I bought in July 2020 was watery. Has the formula been changed? The price is the same but the thickness is much less.

Product was packaged carefully and was exactly what was expected. It is great for drizzling on roasted carrots.
