I have used one of these braces for a couple of year and it has improved my release by keeping my wrist at the same angle shot after shot. It has helped me improve my league average by 10 to 15 pins. The brace is starting to wear so I got two more for back up, it is starting to get hard to find this model. It took a little getting used to to, but I would not want to bowl without it.
