Avoid this seller and these batteries - not a good experience with any of numerous types.
We ordered some batteries for personal and business laptops and tools from this seller a while back. The laptop batteries have been replaced at least once and the tool batteries only lasted a small number of recharges and were sent back for a refund. Now, the laptop batteries are dropping like flies and the seller's instructions above for customer service aren't accurate and the links at the store do not exist. We understand that batteries are a "lifespan" product, but nothing from this seller has had a reasonable lifespan. Would not recommend this seller or any of their batteries.
