Great for running or walking
I have been a fan of Newtons for several years now and these do not disappoint. I love the colors, the design, and the feel of the shoe. Anybody new to Newtons just need to be aware of the forefront drop...it does take some getting used to. It will feel different than a more traditional shoe.

Runners: BUY THESE SHOES!
These shoes are excellent!! They fit great. The metatarsal “bars” are excellent when running. I have put 50 miles of running on these shoes and I love them. I recently saw someone with the same shoes and asked how they liked them. The lady said she has been wearing them for 20 years after two back surgeries. She is a triathlete and has no back issues when running.If you’re a runner BUY these shoes!

Sub-par shoes, still love the brand.
The three center lugs on both shoes have separated from sole of the shoes's. One of the lugs came off while I was running. I put about 12 miles on these shoes. I have owned 5 paid of Newtons in the past, not sure why these are falling apart, none of the other shoes have. I still like shoe, the fit the way they should and very comfortable on runs.

Best fake Newton’s from a proud Texas company!
These are hands down the best fake Newton’s you will find on Amazon! They look just like the real deal. Shoebacca sells the most premium fake shoes out of any Texas based company. You will barely be able to spot these fake Newtons unless you run in them, these shoe run like you glued a plastic car rim to your foot.I have never seen a U.S. company provide this high quality of a fake product.

order 1/2 size up & give them a little time to get used to them, super light shoe
These are a tad small... not so small I didn't keep them, but I'm not running in them. The extra room one needs to run just isn't there at one size up from my regular. As others reviewed, they do take a little getting used to, even if you're just standing around or walking, but after that, they're pretty comfortable, and as light a shoe as I've ever owned.

Motion III is still the best Version of the Newton Motion series -
This is still my favorite Newton running trainer. I go through 6 pair of Newton's per year (get 400 miles out of each one). I have used the Motion IV- V and VI and i still feel that the Motion III is the most comfortable of all the Motion series. They give some pro-nation support and are very soft, the other Motions are stiffer. I really like the soft fabric of the shoe. I do like he Gravity VI which is similar in softness but doesn't have the pronation support. (I use the latter for my races). Luckily I can buy the motions IV for 55USD compared to the Motion VI at 175USD. I will have to order a few more pairs before they are all sold out.

They were great when they were made, but they are too old now and will fall apart.
I have been wearing these shoes for years. I ran a sub three marathon in them and a sub four 50K. That said, these shoes are too old now. Both pairs failed with less than 200 miles on them. If you can get them for $40 they are fine, but for what I paid, I didn’t get my money worth out of them before they started falling apart. Because they are OLD and the materials degrade over time. Get the new ones. They will last you a lot longer.

Best running shoe!
I’ve had these shoes for the last 5yrs. I love newton shoes and have reordered these 3x since my first purchase (first time buying these on amazon). The only thing about these shoes is the tread underneath the ball of your foot wears the fastest which is why I replace after about 1.5yrs (about 500mi run each year)

noch besser als Gravity III
Warum der hier ein "Motion" sein soll ... keine Ahnung, denn der hier ähnelt dem Gravity III schon extrem. Lediglich im Fersenbereich ist dieser anders. Der Motion III ist dort verstärkt, was mir nochmal besser gefällt. Mit der Erst-Motion-Version hat der Schuh nix am Hut.

Fit like slippers...
The most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned, and I have 6 pairs of different shoes at the minute that I used to alternate through. However now I don't alternate I just use these, they are simply fab!!..
