Burbank Russet Seed Potatoes 2.5 Pounds | Certified Organic Virus-Free Non-GMO Russet Potato

The potatoes were well packaged and undamaged. They began to sprout soon after I received them. Looking forward to a good harvest.

Just as advertised. Spread out on my table and allowed shoots to appear. Now planted in my garden.

Purchased both the Russet and the Yukon Gold back on Feb. 27th.Both orders received looked like produce straight off the shelf from the grocery store. Split both orders into two seperate groups to encourage chits. One group in a lit, warm room and the other in my pantry with my store bought onions and potatoes. Now it is one month later. NEITHER GROUP has produced chitting. Both the Russets and the Yukons have become shriveled and spongy. Doubt any of the lot will produce a crop.Don't know who left the 5 star review but have to assume the work at Stargazer. Don't waste your time or money on starts from this company.And the seed potatoes I purchased from a local brick and mortar store nearby chitted in about two weeks using the same two group method.

NONE of these potatoes sprouted or grew. I even did the recommended "paper bag with a banana" strategy. In fairness could have been a bad batch because our Red Pontiacs are doing marvelously. Hit or miss I say. :/

I was surprised to find such large potatoes as seed potatoes. They were dormant and took almost a month before they started out of dormancy.I did not like either of these problems.
