Premium Flexfit Ultrafibre Mesh Fitted Cap

Per the title, cotton fiber naturally has more "give" than synthetic material. If you are pushing the upper limit on hat size in the XL/XXL range, this hat will fit more tightly than the cotton version. Just be aware as this may be uncomfortable, and doesn't seem to stretch out over time.That said, this is a great hat, well-made as always from this brand. The material is very durable, and easier to wash than its cotton counterpart.

I ordered this hat because a friend of mine gave me a similar one that I lost. This hat is different then most fitted hats I have worn in the past as it has elastic around the rim of the cap to help it fit a variety of head sizes. The only problem that I have is that the sweatband was missing from the order. However, I called the shipper and they advised they would ship one out free of charge. They gave me no issues in fixing the issue. I'm definately going to buy a few more for myself as well as a few for gifts.

Advertised as XXL, actually labeled L-XXL but it fits me much better than the L-XL Flexfit hats I've got. Loving it so far. Now I've just got to choose the patch to put on it.

Been wearing this for most of the winter. It fits well, looks good and keeps it's shape.

I have a 7 3/4" melon and the xxl is a nice fit. It's a little snug but not uncomfortable at all. I anticipate it will form to fit like a normal flex fit. It is not too tight for me and very comfortable to wear. Great logoless hat for work.

I really like these caps. Comfortable and good looking. I especially like that the usual adjusting band has been replaced with an elastic section that looks just like the rest of the cap.

It fit well, but it is NOT mesh. That wouldn't be a big problem, but it's not cooling. It's kind of warm. I'll keep it, but don't expect mesh.

I have a hard time finding hats that fit. My heads is 24 1/2” around. This hat fits comfortably and my wife said it looks like it’s supposed to. She’s used to seeing me in hats that don’t really fit.
