Horrible Quality Control
Worked for less than a year. Installed outside under covered veranda (never got wet) and still the motor burned out.Sent me a replacement with faulty assembly. I could hear metal rubbing when turning the fan. Needless to say the replacement doesn't work either.I've spent at least 4 hours on the phone over the course of 20+ calls. Still do not have a fan that works... Waste of $700!

Good looking fan,but need to get it working!!
It’s a brand new one but not working!! They’re supposed to send me a new one but haven’t received it yet! This has been weeks now.
