I started taking this specific zinc product to improve my immune system. I was very surprised when my IBS began to improve almost immediately and suddenly realized after a couple weeks that my upper back (which I normally would have to do stretches constantly to keep out of pain) was never sore anymore. My son uses this every day due to Wilson’s Disease. Without it, he has severe nerve problems and a hard time walking and balancing.Only wish it wasn’t as expensive as it is.
