The brushes were what I wanted - hard ones (having been disappointed that the ones supplied with the original toothbrush were soft ones). The price is fine. It wasn't possible to tell that the correct ones had been sent without opening the box, so there would have been a problem if the wrong ones had been sent. Can't tell how long they will last (and there are no instructions about how long to use them for) but at present I will assume this is OK. To answer a question asked 2 other prospective purchasers, they also fit FW515, though it doesn't say so in the product description.

They're toothbrush heads - not very exciting. But given the choice, these are the only ones to get,. The soft ones (blue) are too soft to remove the plaque. I actually had the yellow head, the one that came with the brush, for too long and I noticed my teeth weren't feeling clean. Swapping on a new head and it feels all nice in there now.Also, the heads come in a box with blue heads shown on the box and no indicator there are yellow heads inside. I've recommended the company makes it clear as I returned the first batch thinking they'd sent the wrong type.

There are two of us using this toothbrush, so every morning & evening it is necessary to change the brush for the other one to use. It isn't easy to turn the brush head and it is extremely difficult to pull it out. You need to be very strong. We're hoping that with more use this will become easier.

I love my Fairy will toothbrush. At this point I think it's longer than an Olay toothbrush which I bought from a dentist. Much better value for money than high street brands.

I ordered these as I’ve done in the past. I ordered what I thought was the white ones as they match my toothbrush. However, I opened them yesterday and they’re black. They’re horrible and my toothbrush now looks weird. :(

Great toothbrush, comes with extra brush heads and a bonus head which is great for where teeth meet, and for the price you can't complain, highly satisfied and pleased I chose it.

Not it long enough to know how long it might last. Bought these as replacements for the original head that came with my toothbrush. Toothbrush lasts for ages between charging.

Items are excellent. Fairywill are a very good company and I'd happily recommend them. The toothbrush and replacement heads are excellent. Cannot fault them in anyway
