Really enjoy this product. The biotin has helped strengthen and increase the hair and nails for my wife and myself. In our late - 40's we both started noticing thinning, brittle hair and my nails would split very easily. This product especially w/ 5k mcg of biotin restored the fullness & strength of our hair and nails after taking it consistently. I chose this product because, not only does it support a small family owned business but the quality seemed less processed than other brands.

I like that these aren't sugar coated on the outside like some other gummies. They are the perfect amount of chewy and have a great taste. I have only been taken them for two weeks so I can't say how good they are yet, but they are so far worth every penny.

Cosmetically this Vitamin was attractive but I’m not here for non-beneficial sugar gummies, these benefited and provided the results equivalent to say eating GUMMY BEARS! Didn’t provide any significant positive returns/results. 👎🏾

Cannot state whether or not it works as a hair growth item - I need more time to see the difference. BUT, I've been chewing these gummies and want to say I feel more density in my ponytail.

I am terrible when it comes to remember to take my vitamins. It’s some much easier and tastier then taking a pill. I really like the taste!!

These are great and I think have helped my nails get stronger, also tastes pretty good.

The skin around my nails is shiny, my baby hairs are growing at a pace I never thought possible, and my eyelashes are filling in. Great taste and great product! Just wish there were more gummies in a bottle.

I love these - they are the type of gummie that is a little hard, not like a gummy bear and the flavor is so good! Not to mention my nails have been growing at an insane rate. Couldn't ask for much more!
