Great treadmill, Awesome Motivation!
Purchased thru Amazon in November 2019 - no regrets!Delivery service - called to arrange time and they arrived within delivery window and were courteous and professional (. I paid the 2 delivery men $20 each to move the treadmill to my desired room upstairs -. Worth every penny)Assembly -. Time consuming and need 2 people but it can be doneSo this treadmill is amazing. I honestly didn't know all the great options it has until I got on it. They have so many IFIT programs that can accommodate anyone's fitness level and a good variety. The trainers are motivating and helpful. Another cool thing is you can make a custom workout and use a satellite map or street view..... I ran in Dingle Ireland just today.....The built-in fan is nice however it is a bit noisy but doesn't really affect me.Overall I do recommend this treadmill

Stay away from this company
I won't even get into the 'ifit' issue and whether or not you should join this 'free' app, which is only free for a limited period of time. I assembled the treadmill myself, and it was pretty straightforward if the instructions are followed, however, there was one step where it was almost impossible to attach the main panel which included the display. It took over 1.5 hours for two screws, which consumed as much time as the rest of the assembly.All of that would have been acceptable if everything else was solid, but unfortunately, our treadmill had a gap between the belt and the base, which made it very difficult to walk on when operating. This was not addressed anywhere in the manual or online help. I tried to call the company as soon as I noticed this, because the manual said they were open Saturdays, but when the company was called, their hours were restricted to M-F.Come Monday, I called the company, but now they won't talk to me without registration, so another delay getting the data to register and completing the process. I finally thought I would get an answer, but I was wrong. First, if you call the phone support, they always tell you that their "call volume is much higher than expected", so it will be a long wait. Therefore, I used the live chat on their website, which claimed to give instant help. But again, nothing works. First, they ask you for the name on the registration, and when given, they ask for the phone number. But, when the phone number is entered, and you hit the return key.... Nothing. I mean, it doesn't even take the data, much less give you input.This company apparently does not want to help their customers under any circumstances, so I will likely file a return if I don't get through by tomorrow, and be done with this one. I highly advise any potential customers to read all the reviews and ask yourself if this one is worth the effort.

ONLY BUY FROM AMAZON if you buy this!!!
I love the treadmill itself once I had a replacement console. The customer service with ProForm is a nightmare though. I received it and the box was larger than my couch which I knew that it was a big treadmill, I just underestimated the size of the shipping box. I had paid for somebody to assemble it in my home and he was scheduled for the day after it arrived. He came (a bit late but whatever) and it took about an hour and 20 minutes to put together. Once it was assembled he was going to show me the basics and it turned on for only a second and then shutdown. I asked him if it had to be set up first or if this was normal and he told me no but this was the first touchscreen model he has put together. Other than that it was the same as the previous models. He checked a few things and when he was plugging the console into the wiring plug to attach to the base, he said that it wasn't clicking like it should if it was seated properly. Although it the screen went on and off a few times. We finally seen that one of the wires wasn't connected to the console wiring harness and that was the problem. Basically now he couldn't do anymore after he tried a few things (he was an electrician by trade), so my only option I thought I had was to contact Proform to request either a technician or a new console as a replacement to swap out units.I spent OVER A HOUR on hold waiting to reach a representative at Proform. I tried the chat online option too which basically told me I had to talk with a rep. At about 1hr and 15 min, I actually reached a person. He was pleasant enough and I went through the whole run down of what is wrong and whT is needed to be. I asked if it is possible to either have a tech come out and fix the wiring harness or to send a new console and I could send this one back. He said I had to have a work order and that he would look to see if that part number is available and of course, it was back ordered. There was not a single console made as an extra part on hand anywhere supposedly. I told him I had this a total of 3 days and it has never been used and I want an immediate fix, not some promise of a future part that may or may not come in the next 3 months or more. He said he would ask the manager (only upon me requesting) in the warehouse and see if it was possible to take a console from a treadmill still in the box and send that. He told me he would put in the work ticket (just in case) and send me an email the next day to let me know the manager's answer and see if he could get a rush order in. The next day I received an email with the word order number and that a rush order was put in to overnight it to me ONLY ONCE THEY RECEIVED THE PART.After hearing of nothing and receiving no estimate of time after 2 weeks, I decided I had enough and I called Amazon's Customer Service and explained to them the entire situation. I did have to explain it a couple times but only to set up the time when my new treadmill was to arrive at my home and what time the technicians were to be scheduled to replace the whole treadmill with a new treadmill. Once the techs got here, I e plained what the issue was on the original treadmill and told them to just exchange the console. Amazon told me they should do an entire new one but I felt that was silly considering it was all because of a loose wire that was out of the harness. The entire thing was done within an hour and everything worked with the console replaced.Proform's Customer sucks so bad the I ordered the treadmill on Jan 10, 2019, called to replace the part on Jan 16, 2019 and to this day (Feb 27,2019) they still have my part listed as back logged and haven't once tried to contact me for updates, other than to try to sell me a 3 year or more warrenty.If I were to recommend this to anyone, it would ONLY be to buy it through Amazon. Amazon was amazing through this and if I would have known how painless it would have been with them, I would have called the same day that I called Proform to get nowhere.The treadmill itself is wonderful and I have been using it with the ifit program for a couple weeks no. The treadmill gets 5 stars, the people who make it gets 0 stars

Amazing
Amazing treadmill so far. Wide and long running space and motor seems really strong as well as sturdy incline/decline. The ifit membership is also pretty cool and motivating so far. Other than that want others to know that you DO NOT need to purchase a membership to work this treadmill. You can just go to manual workouts or one of the 50 on board ones. If you can't figure it out I recommend calling support but there is no need to purchase membership.
