My cup warmer is not working also while extracting caffe it is coming out only from one porta filter hole.. on the left I consider "warranty return"?

I don't think this machine has a heated cup warmer. I assumed mine is a cup rack as it doesn't warm up. The manual does not label it as a warmer either. The portafilter issue of not delivering coffee from both holes is probably due to using too fine a grind of coffee. If the coffee grains are too fine and tampered too strongly it can restrict even water penetration through the coffee. Make sure you are not overfilling the portafilter with too much coffee. To check the flow is even go through the process of making a single or double espresso with an empty coffee basket. You should see even water pouring out of both holes. Also make sure the perforated plate the portafilter attaches to is clean and not covered in coffee grains. I have had the same problem as the coffee I ground was too fine. I hope this helps. Although this is a relatively expensive machine its functions are basic.

Does the package include both dual and single wall baskets?

To add to the previous answers: you will find the single wall baskets inside the milk jug. They are not listed on the box.

Pre set volume says 30ml 1 cup and 60ml 2 cups but first cup oit of either button always is less, why? This means when making 2 cups 1st pour is less

This sounds like a puzzle, try setting your own amounts bu holding the button down and releasing when YOUR preferred amount has been reached. The machine remembers for next time.

Hello, is it normal that the flow is uneven with an empty single wall basket or it means the machine is faulty? right side flow is better than left.

Mine flows both sides the same. How does it flow with a double wall basket? Also - look at the flow with no basket at all. It might be the basket that is partially blocked?
