Erin Gates by Momeni Park Stripe Black Hand Woven Natural Coir Doormat 1'6" X 2'6"

I really loved this when I ordered it and I still like the look of it but am disappointed by the quality. Momeni is a well-known brand and Erin Gates is a blogger I've followed for a long time so I expected the quality to be better. I live in an apartment building so there is a not a lot of hallway traffic. The mat was much, much thinner than I expected. Kind of wimpy for a door mat actually. Sheds like crazy also. But the main problem was that it ripped practically in half. Maybe mine was a fluke...

I was looking for a set of modern doormats for our house, and these were the perfect fit! They are subtle, but add a nice graphic element to our porches. The black does start to fade some and they get a bit dingy-looking with use, but that was to be expected. Would definitely purchase again!

This looks beautiful outside my door. It was slightly smaller than I expected, as my previous doormat was bigger and I thought that was a standard size. My mistake for not checking the measurements. It still is big enough to work, however. The pile is good and will catch any dirt from shoes before someone comes through the door. I'm very happy with this purchase, as my previous doormat was starting to unravel after almost twelve years. Hope this one lasts as long!

Like another person said, it sheds like crazy. Which I could deal with. But also like another customer said, mine ripped right in half when I was shaking it out. This is a cute doormat, but I am so disappointed! This lasted less than a month.

It looks great & does a fine job catching dirt. One little drawback, this type of mat does sheds what may be excess fibers so it can look like it needs to be vacuumed or swept from time-to-time. Personally love these type of mats because the work so well.

Very cute and good quality! Kind of hard to get debris off but with a good shake, it does the job.

I’ve only had it on the porch for 6 weeks and the colors are already fading and wearing off. I don’t have a high traffic house either.

Well made ,and beautiful colors. I bought the brown and black horizontal stripe mats. Not that door mats are elegant, but these are close. Pam
