Don't waste your money on this one. If you're going to buy one buy the ring. I purchased this one installed it and it really does not benefit me. It notifies me way after somebody's been at the door which makes it useless because they leave by the time I get notification that they are there. The sensitivity and it is very poor even though you can adjust it.

I've been trying to find a doorbell camera that takes an SD card and have gone through my 4th one already. All have been proven to be total crap and returned. This one runs the same garbage app "XSH Cam" which stops sending notifications whenever you power off the phone and turn it back on. It was also missing the SD card.

THE PRODUCT WAS HARD TO INSTALL AND SETUP. I RETURNED IT AND BOUGHT A RING DOORBELL. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET WHAT YOU WANT INITIALLY.

This product has been difficult.Cannot connect more than just 1.Software that you are directed to is nolonger available or does not work

App that you are supposed to download isnt very helpful. I had it plugged in for 8 hours and it didnt hold a charge. Horrible waste of money.

Does not work. Wont hold a charge and wont connect. The QR code that comes with it to get to their site pops up as an error screen and is in chinese... dont waste your money. Spend the extra and get Ring

I have been charging thing thing for weeks now as soon as I plug it out it doesn't turn on. It can't be that it needs new batteries it came with batteries and it seems not to be working at all. I haven't even use the product as yet

The battery won’t hold a charge been charging for two days and still dead why is it doing that
