I ordered this camera for my granddaughter's 8th birthday. I was amazed at the amount of customization you can set for your photos and videos. I wanted to set the camera up so that when she opened her gift she could begin to use it immediately. However, when I was reading the manual, I spilled my coffee on it. I contacted the company asking for another user guide - either a physical one or one I could download. Within hours I received an e-mail with a downloadable copy of the guide. Perfect.

This high quality underwater camera was a big hit on Christmas morning.My 10 yr old granddaughter wanted to go to the local indoor pool to try it out......... On Christmas Day!!!She loves the camera...... Great product quality, price and fast delivery.Highly Recommended !!

Is a Christmas gift .came fast.

Perhaps I received a defective camera, which is VERY disappointing, but the camera just sucks the life out of batteries. We have not had them last even a day. Our son is super bummed and now we will be replacing this camera with one that has a rechargeable battery. That is something I should have paid special attention to. We just went on vacation this past weekend, we put batteries in that morning and by the afternoon they were dead, with no pictures even taken. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this camera, it is a super bummer.

Do not purchase!! We bought this for our children for our trip to Hawaii for snorkeling. It quit working and water filled up behind the lcd screen. When I contacted the company DECOMEN, they would not refund my money and complained that they were poor students just trying to get by. I had to contact amazon and have them intercede on my behalf. Then the company charged me a restocking fee (which amazon ended up crediting me for). It was such a hassle and my kids were SO disappointed. Buyer beware!!

I bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter. However, it kept dying after she would take a dozen pics or so, even with long lasting batteries. I contacted the sellar and they offered to ship her a new one right away. The new one works like a charm and she loves it! Pics are super easy to upload. The seller contacted me to make sure I received the replacement and was happy. I am very pleased and would buy from them again!

First time I used it pictures turned out great. Learned that it used the batteries up pretty quick. We went on a 1/2 day river float which is about 2 1/2 hours and the batteries were dead when we got home. So here we are I bought a 24 pack of batteries and a 32 gb memory card headed out to do the 5 day river trip our first time ever had a great time took tons of pictures got home tried to down load our memories and what do you know. NOT ONE PICTURE WAS ON IT. NOTHING ZIP. I would love to add a photo however there are none!!!!!

This is not worth $10 dollars, I bought it thinking it would be a good purchase, but after 1 use it quit working so my money is down the drain. And to top it off, I did send an email thinking someone would contact me about it and at least refund me or at least do an exchange, but would not of wanted another one knowing how much of a piece of junk it is.
