I did the research and save the YouTube channels that explained the set up clearly, I also worked with AI and saved the correct information and process to help with set up so that it was a smooth experience, once I was set up I was very impressed and help that I purchased the right handheld computer.

Nice product but bad delivery. The product box was damaged. It was fortunate that it was to protect a console hence the case itself isn't damaged.

The case is sturdy, fits the device perfectly and provides great protection. The pouch is good, and is held by velcro to the case. It looks like the velcro is of good quality, although it remains to be seen how long it will hold up. Overall a great item.
