I am very pleased with this set. The furniture feels to be very solid and somewhat heavy, I think the shipping label said 140 lbs. The table is a little light. I wanted something on the heavy side so that the wind does not relocate my furniture but I think this will be perfect. The two boxes that the furniture arrived in were quite beat up but the furniture inside was well wrapped and had no signs of shipping damage. It took about 2 hours to assemble everything. My only hold-up was assembling the love seat, (I had tightened the arms too much prior to getting the back on and once I loosened that, there was no problem). The instructions were not great, but good enough to get the job done. All the assembly hardware for each piece came sealed in its own package. You need two people to assemble and a ratchet will make your assembly much easier.The furniture itself is very comfortable. The cushions are thick and comfortable. Both the tops and bottoms have straps to fasten to the frame. The height of the armrests feel as if they are right where they should be. The table and love seat have adjustments in the feet to balance so as not to rock. In shopping in local brick-and-mortar stores, they are asking for twice the price for a set like this (even with end-of-summer deals).

I was worried about weight with cast aluminum, but just went through a high wind storm, and they didn't even budge! Cushions are very comfortable and dry quickly! The straps hold the cushions securely. The instructions were easy to follow and the items are all clearly marked. The local shipping company that brought the packages to my office were super helpful and loaded them in the back of my truck for me. This is a great set comparable to sets twice the price!

This product ranks as the worse experience anyone can have. The material discolors and hardens in a few months. I emailed the company photographs and they ignored the failed product. They stated they have never had any issues and of course, there are no returns. If they were located in the United States, I would take them to court for their false advertisement and produxt failure. DO. IT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM

If I could give this more stars I would! This is excellently made, beautiful, cushy patio furniture. The cushions are highest quality - a full 4” thick. The furniture is sturdy and well made. We enjoyed it all summer. Consider the matching chaise lounge if you buy it. Make sure to buy large covers for each piece ... you DO NOT want to leave the cushions out in the weather.

The furniture... what they're made of are perfect for my area. The colors really go well together (frames/fabric). The directions are terrible, emailed several times (CS is excellent, was told they would be correcting directions). You cant tighten anything on the loveseat until all pieces are attached, if not this will cause scratches to the frames & tempers to unleash.

I absolutely love this patio set. I assembled it in a couple hours without the hubby’s help, and it is of very good quality. I would highly recommend this name brand. I have a dining set similar to this one and I am so pleased I purchased it. It is sturdy yet lightweight enough to move around on the patio. The cushions are thick, and comfortable.

Perfect! Looks just like picture.Some of the bolts didn’t line up perfectly, but with a little muscle it all case together.

This is our second season with it! Seating is very comfortable. One of the chairs is a little lopsided, but doesn’t effect seating. You notice it when sitting across from it. We store the cushions when not in use, so they have lasted. I also used scotch guard on them, since the fabric was not labeled “water resistant”.
