Can it repair cracks of 10-12 inches ?

No...... But it works great on small spots

After applied this, does the crack expand or spread? Cos, at present my windshield crack is expanding/spreading....

I used this to repair a crack about 10 inches. It wasn't a clean repair (as in the crack is visible) as I didn't let it seep into the crack properly. But it surely did arrest the spread of crack. I don't see the crack expanding any more.

I don't think so, I haven't tried that! Also, it clearly says it is a 'Windshield Repair KIT' and not a mobile screen repair kit, so there.
