I bought this product to make some return air grilles for my home. I bought from amazon because the local big box stores did not stock the aluminum colored panel in 3x3'.I was hesitant to order online because of the many claims of the product being damaged in shipping. Well, I rolled the dice and lost.The product was shipped in a collapsed large box with just a layer of packing tape to keep from sliding out. Pretty disappointed at the dents and creases on such a nice product. Would it be that difficult to sandwich another layer of cardboard to protect the delicate aluminum from damage? Not even a "fragile" sticker on the outside of the package....really?Second gripe is that the product shipped is not what is pictured. I was looking for that textured finish like it shows in the picture, and what I got was a flat panel, i believe they call it mill finish. While it still looks nice, the picture is different than what was sent.Really disappointed with amazon lately.....this is also the 3rd time recently that the product failed to make its "guaranteed delivery date" by two days. Why am I paying for amazon prime again?Do yourself a favor and order this from a big box store....that way if its damaged you can get your money back on the spot.

This may sound weird, but I purchased two of these panels to make "interior" screen doors to keep my cats out of two rooms in my house. The panels look great; and I spray painted them to look like brass. I did need to buy tin snips to cut them down to size and used a hammer to flatten the cut edges. The only issue I had with these panels was the fact that they were slightly bent in places due to poor packing prior to shipment. The panels were shipped separately; the first in a box that did little to keep the panel flat, the second sandwiched tightly between the cardboard was in much better condition. A little manual bending in the opposite direction did smooth out some of the bends and hopefully over time I will be able to minimize the bends even more. I saved the scraps with the intention of maybe making candle holders or something else. Just be careful working with the cut edges because they can be sharp. Overall I'm downright pleased with how the project turned out and they do keep the cats out!

Was looking for a metal screen to build a radiator cover. This is exactly what I had in mind. The sheet of aluminum is thick enough for my purposes. Unlike the picture the surface is not textured-- it, instead, is perfectly smooth. No big deal, maybe a little misleading. The clover leaf pattern is great-- nice smooth edges. I made the purchase after reading reviews that packaging issues have been resolved. Unfortunately, for me it arrived packed loosely in a cardboard box not much larger than the sheet itself with no packing material whatsoever. As you can see the picture, it got mangled. The quality seemed perfect for my purposes, but since I was unable to actually use the product it gets 3 stars. Luckily, the Amazon return process is smooth.

Will work well for our intentions but wish the cut out holes were a little smaller. They're pretty big. Also, shipping was kinda crappy and there were bends and creases I'm working to take out. It's not terrible but kind of annoying. Hard to ship 3'x3' in cardboard without the mail man dinging it up a bit I guess. Maybe if it were shipped between two pieces of plywood but that'd be pretty crazy.Anyway, seems nice. Easily cut with tinsnips.

The product was just what was looking for for my project, however it did arrive dented and bent in several places so we had to do a lot of work to bang out the dents the best we could before installing it in my clients custom piece of cabinetry. We can still slightly see a couple ridges from the dents. Its hard to say if it was the result of shipping/packaging or bad selection from the factory. Overall it met our needs upon final installation.

I purchased this item to install as a cover for an opening of radiator covers. I purchased one from Home Depot and two from Amazon. While I read reviews regarding the possibility of the item bending in shipment from Amazon, they came no worse than the one from Home Depot which had some subtle creasing. In all cases the cloverleaf sheet worked as planned and provided a stylish, inexpensive, and functional screen for the radiator cover openings.

I really like the look of the metal sheets and they will look great in our cabinet doors. BUT it took 3 tries to get 2 sheets here without damage. They ship them in a flattened Amazon box and where the box flaps are naturally meant to bend/fold they do just that and in turn bending the metal sheets inside. They look great but order with caution.

I ordered 2 sheets and my wife ordered 2. Product is really nice and it looked nice on my radiator cover. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars stead of 5 is due to packaging and handling. Two sheets were bubble wrapped but maybe a stiffer package should be used as one of the 2 sheets had so many dents and folds. I cut some sections but I still had two hard to flatten dents on one of my radiator covers.

Be more careful than I was. This product is .1" thick, not the .02" I was expecting. I buy this type of grillwork frequently, from various suppliers. It has always been the thinner type, so I did not even think to check it. Totally my fault, just a heads up for others.

We are very happy. This product was exactely watt we needed.
