The taste is good for a green drink. Be realistic with yourself, it's not fruit punch, but as far as green drinks, I think it's alright. It's earthy, so if you hate vegetables you might do better with the pill$.This stuff has helped me enormously. When I take this regularly I have complete control over my eating. It makes it very easy to say no to extra portions and I dont get crazy intense cravings for junk food. 👹I have lost 25 pounds since starting a weight loss program which involves a lot of walking and A LOT of controlling what I put in my pie hole (which is made possible by this green drink.)The downside is that this is expensive. I stopped taking it for about 3 weeks, thinking it wasn't worth the price. Well, after one week my appetite was harder to control and by the 3rd week I was just eating whatever I wanted because I was hungry ALL THE TIME.I've been back on this drink for 2 weeks now, and low and behold, I'm the captain again.One problem I developed was thinking, "if a little is good, more is great". Well, it started to feel like I was drinking a swamp when I make it too strong, and that's when it really got too expensive. This time around I have been sticking with the dose directions, but I do add an additional serving some days.I think what it does for me, is give me some level of nutrition (?) that my body is missing, thereby allowing me to keep Mr. Hyde 👹 locked away. If your appetite is driven by something else (emotional, not nutritional), this might not help you. I dont know, I'm not a doctor. I'm just guessing my way through life.I must reiterate; this is a very helpful tool, but it's not a magical weightloss potion. I still dont get to eat bags of chips, cupcakes and cheeseburgers whenever I want. This just helps me to not need to do that.Other helpful weight-loss tools I've been using: better walking shoes (asics), good shoe inserts (spenco total support), drinking enough water, massage gadgets (to help me recover when I walked too far/fast) and writing down what I eat and sticking to the approximate amount of calories my body needs each day (made possible with this green stuff). For the first time in my life, I'm on a "lifestyle change" plan, not a "the event is in 2 months" diet.Best of health to you.

This was an excellent purchase let me just tell you why.First off you get a whole 180 for ~10 bucks and they are chalked full of goodies we don't usually get in our diet.They're chewable (not recommended) and taken as normal (preferably). Not much to say in this category except avoid chewing them if you value your taste buds.Moving on the blend of wheat grass and brown rice and a couple other herbs including chlorella are fantastic, energizing, and quite wholesome for you. This is the one Green Powder I buy again and again. I have tried many, but return to Kyo-Greens for many reasons. Foremost, this is a trusted brand that I have used for years (other supplements they manufacture). I am a huge devotee of nutritional healing and feel that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I first started with Kyo-Greens when I was ill and could not stomach much of anything. But this is highly digestable and nourishing. It also mixes very well and has very important nutritional grasses that are sorely lacking in many persons diet, as well as, containing kelp.I do not mind the taste with a splach of orange juice or lemon. Although this tastes like I'm literally drinking liquid grass, it isn't bad and sometimes I just put it in my morning smoothie. I feel very good about drinking it and I do feel like I have noticed a difference in my energy. I will continue to purchase this product to continue to invest in my health and provide my body many nutrients I may not get through out the day.

My pharmacist put my son on this to help build his Immune system. He had induced allergy asthma he was three years old at the time. This helped along with diet he was able to get off asthma medicine..Since my son was on it I decided to also go on it I’ve been taking this product now for 25 years. Has every essential green to help your body make new blood and cells daily. I take one tablespoon in about 6oz of water or unfiltered organic apple juice twice a day (mornings and evenings) for optimal results. I have loved this for 2 years, however they recently changed it. My last order was not the same. First, the canister was only half full. I got curious so I weighed it. It is not even 10 oz WITH the canister! I weighed the empty canister I just finished and it turns out they are shorting me almost 2 full oz. It tastes different, and not in a good way, has a strange after-taste now, and mixes different too. On the hunt for a new greens drink I guess.
