Great pasta maker. Used several times to make pasta and ravioli. I had to contact customer service because my table clamp broke after I used it 3 times. They responded within 12 hours and sent the new clamp the same day. Amazing customer service. No complains.

First time ever making pasta, this was so easy to use. Size of pasta was great, works perfectly.

I bought this machine excited to finally make fresh pasta at home. I simmered a beautiful beef ragù for 5+ hours, only to have dinner ruined by this roller. When I first opened it, I followed the instructions exactly—hand-washed it in warm water, let it dry, and even “sacrificed” a lump of dough to clear out any factory grease or residue. But when I started rolling pasta dough, I immediately noticed shiny metal shavings embedded in the sheets. I threw the batch out and tried again with fresh dough, only to get the same result. I repeated the process a third time and the problem persisted. This isn’t just poor quality control. It’s a serious safety hazard. Metal contamination makes the product unusable and dangerous for anyone trying to actually eat the pasta it produces. I had to toss out my pasta and was left with nothing but wasted ingredients and frustration. TL;DR: This machine shed metal into my pasta. Totally unsafe. Avoid.

The roller and cutter both worked well, but after only one use the whole thing is falling apart. Every time it is turned the metal separates, no matter how soft or thin the dough is before use. They were dirty when I got it, like it had been used before. Smudges and black smears all over, and scratches on the metal. The handle falls out while turning. The instructions could be a little more detailed too.

Okay the ease of using this is very important and the size of this tool is perfect. Not too big, bulky or heavy. I ventured into making more homemade foods(staples) at home, pasta was a must. This tool allows you to easily make that come to fruition. I love how I don’t need to use all my strength anymore to roll out the pasta and how easy it cuts it for me. It’s super simple to use, the size is great and it seems like this is going to last me years!! Highly recommend.

The thickness across the roller isn't uniform, causing the pasta to get rolled out thinner on one side than the other. This causes the entire sheet to curve as it goes through and makes the pasta really difficult to work with. Do not buy.

Fantastic pasta machine! I have always wanted a pasta machine and this is great for newbies. Easy to set-up and use and with adjustable pasta thickness, makes perfect pasta every time!
