Beats Samsung in value
Excellent Droid tablet, well powered, especially compared to the Samsumg options and even better priced. The speakers are great, amd the resolution and brightness are more than sufficient.

Shockingly Good Budget Tablet with Pen & Folio!
I've owned, tested & reviewed every iPad that exists over the years. But this year I was looking for something entirely different to dip my toes into.. specifically, as a cheap extra screen for Spectrum TV. Let me tell you... this tablet was the shock of the century for me, it truly is surprisingly good. For the Black Friday price of $199 plus Amazon payments.. its value is incredible. Now if you are seeking an iPad Pro M4 or M5, obviously this would be like comparing a Honda Civic to a Lamborghini. But seriously... this is a souped up Honda Civic. With Lenovo's iteration of Face ID, the Tab Pen & folio included, the 12.1" 2.5K IPS panel, and the good-enough MediaTekk chip.. this little thing packs just enough performance into an affordable, sleek package. I can confidently say if you are not hell-bent on an iPad specifically, don't waste the extra money on the iPad 11 (A16). This Tab Plus 12.1" is fantastic.

Phenomenal
I thought the Samsung galaxy tab A9+ was an impressive machine in its price range till I met the idea tab plus. It really is down to specific little features that I feel the consumer if you're looking for a tablet Make sure you're looking at what that developer's features offer because across the board Android is Android the tablets mostly do the same thing and have the same features but for the product designers specific features if you feel the galaxies tap to wake function or small little features that are specific are what's for you then go for that for me I wanted something that was going to have a better screen better audio better storage better processor and maybe a few more features I do like to draw so the idea that this one came with the pen no pun intended was a great idea for me on top of the fact that the folio case and the tablet itself without the folio case are magnetic enough I can just stick the tablet right to my fridge with no special adaptive casing or with the folio case that came with it The pen sticks right to it even without the folio so far in the beginning I felt like oh this doesn't have some of the features that the Samsung did now after using it for a week I've completely forgotten what those features were because I'm completely in love with the features that are on this device everything looks better sounds better function smoother I find myself using it for gaming and for the first time ever actually streaming movies or shows I really didn't use my other tablet for that that much but because the audio and the screen is so great on this I've gone back to some of my favorites I find myself watching more on this tablet I've actually deleted some of the apps that I would use on my phone and put them on the tablet so that everything would run a little bit smoother which it does and now my phone is literally just for making phone calls I'm using this tablet for just about everything and never having any issues being able to multitask on a level that is completely impressive Yes I was able to split screen before now I can have multiple screens and they run smooth this thing actually gets the job done well if you're looking for a good tablet in the entry level especially when this thing is on sale at the right price around $200 it's unbeatable

A great choice for everyday use.
I've been a Samsung tablet user for a long time. However, the last one I bought was in August 2018, an 8" Tab A. I used it mostly for reading ebooks. I also had a Galaxy NotePRO (12.2" display, S Pen) from 2017 that replaced an ancient laptop "brick". Given the age of these devices, it's no surprise that they were painfully slow compared to today's offerings. About a year ago, I replaced my 2012 Windows 8.1 AIO with a Windows 11 Lenovo AIO unit and my 2017 Windows 10 laptop with a Lenovo unit. The new items are equipped with excellent processors and packed with lots of RAM to be able to support demanding photo processing. I've been happy with both of these units so I decided to look at Lenovo tablets. In general, I was looking for an inexpensive tablet to serve as an ebook reader, handle general web surfing, and perform some light spreadsheet and document work, i.e., no heavy lifting. It also had to allow memory expansion via microSD cards. At the end of the day, the Idea Tab Plus checked all the boxes for me. I chose one that has 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM and added a 512GB microSD card. It's light, solidly constructed, comes with a pen and a case, and has a bright screen with a good refresh rate. The battery is large and supports fast charging although I wish a power wart was included. The processor isn't bleeding edge technology but is plenty fast enough for my use case. Also, it's only going to receive OS upgrades up to Android 17 but 4 years of security updates are included. The device has 2 cameras and 4 speakers but those features don't really move the needle for me. In all the years I've owned tablets, I can't recall ever using one to take a photo or capture a video. As for audio, the only time that will come into play is watching an occasional YT video or maybe listening to music. I must mention that there isn't a headphone jack on this tablet. One needs to pair Bluetooth headphones or ear buds to listen to content without using the speakers. All in all, I'd recommend this tablet to those folks with a similar use case as mine.

Amazing budget tablet
I bought 3 of them one for myself mother and grandfather and looking forward to Christmas I see their reaction I figured if I liked it they will like it and I am using a s24 ultra as my main phone phone so yes this is nowhere near as fast as that but as long as your patient this thing runs amazing once apps are fully loaded up into the ram it's pretty snappy and quick when you first started up it's a little laggy ( to be expected at this price BUT NOT BAD AT ALL) but once all the apps are fully loaded and memory gets stored into the ram it runs great I have no complaints for this price range for the hardware you get I am very happy and love this tablet I highly recommend
